Why am I unable to checkout?

Toys R Us just launched a new website and you may need to clear your cookies and cache to resolve this.

To do so, access the Chrome menu: Click on the three vertical dots in the top-right corner of the browser window. This will open the menu.

Go to Settings: From the menu, hover your cursor over "More tools," and then click on "Clear browsing data." You can also press Ctrl + Shift + Delete on your keyboard (CMD + Shift + Delete on Mac) to open the Clear Browsing Data menu directly.

Customise your data clearing options: In the "Clear browsing data" dialog that appears, you'll see a list of different data types you can clear. Make sure "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" are selected. You can uncheck other options if you don't want to clear them.

Select the time range: You can choose the time range for which you want to clear data. If you want to clear data for all time, select "All time" from the dropdown. If you only want to clear data from a specific time period, choose "Last hour," "Last 24 hours," "Last 7 days," or "Last 4 weeks."

Clear data: Once you've found the cookies for the Hobby Warehouse website, click on the bin icon

Confirm the action: A confirmation dialog will appear. Click "Clear" to confirm and clear the cookies and cache for the selected time period.

After performing these steps, the cookies and cache for Toys R Us will be cleared. This can help resolve issues related to site data, such as login problems, slow loading, or other issues.

Also, keep in mind that this process clears data for all websites if you select the "All time" option, so be selective when choosing the time range if you only want to clear data for a specific time period.

Will there be Toys"R"Us and Babies"R"Us physical stores?

No, we are exclusively online.
